• Shree Jayantilal Devidas Parekh established "Asian Chemical Agency" with 1 employee, as a local trading company for Electroplating Metals and Chemicals in C.P.Tank, Mumbai

1970-1980

• Three sons of Shree Jayantilal Devidas Parekh (2nd Generation) joined the organisation and expanded a small trading company into a big trading house.

• Received Food and Drug license and bought 1st warehouse in Bhiwandi

1980 - 2000

• Opened Branch office in Malad West, Mumbai to serve customers in Mumbai suburbs.

• Started serving customers across India

2000-2010

• The baton passed from 2nd Generation to 3rd Generation

• Started our 1st import of metals and electroplating chemicals

• Established office in Hong kong "Union metals and Chemicals Ltd"

• Became exclusive distributor of Hebei Chengxin Co. ltd. for entire india market

• Shifted our Head Office from C.P.Tank to Vile Parle, Mumbai

2010

• Converted Asian Chemical Agency (Propereitorship company) to Asian Chemtech Pvt Ltd

2010-2020

• Became distributors of various multi-national companies like Base Metals International SA (Vale Canada Limited), Jinchuan Group Co. Ltd., Brother Group (Hong Kong) Ltd, Luvata Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Beijing Brilliance Biotech Co. Ltd, Lucebni Zavody Draslovka A.S. Kolin, LLC TD Halmek, Yiyang City Huachang Antimony Industry Co. Ltd (HC Metals & Chemicals Ltd) and expanded our business in India

• Started exporting our products to various countries across the globe

• Increased our product range in various industries such as Agrochemical, Battery, Cable & Wire, Electroplating, Flame Retardants, Lubricants, Mining, PCB, Pharmaceuticals, Plating on Plastics, Rotogravure, Rubber, Steel Foundries, Water Treatment

• Bought 3000 sq ft office in Vile Parle, Mumbai

• Have currently 2 offices in Mumbai and 8 warehouses in Bhiwandi of around 10,000 sq ft storage capacity, catering more than 450 customers across India and worldwide
